1, How do you guarantee the quality of delivered products?

2. We have a very experienced QC team which will carry the complete and comprehensive assessment to the potential contractors and will offer effective quality and time control before, during and after order production.

2, How to receive a quotation if we have product with our own design ?

1. 2D drawings/3D model or a prototype sample

3, How long will you take on development a plastic injection tool? 

1. Normally it will take 6 - 8 weeks depending on how sophisticated the design is.

4, What's your payment terms?  

1. For order value <= USD2,000.-, please make payment 100% in advance.
2. For order value > USD2,000.-, we need 30% in advance as deposit payment to confirm the order in force, balance amount at sight of finished products before the delivery.

5, Will you sign NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) if we decide to work with you?

1. Even if without signing NDA, we'll still keep your design and our co-operation in confidential. At the same time we are more than willing to sign such a document.
